Made with black raspberry 복분자 from Seonunsan 선운산 mountain region in South-West of South Korea. Fermented for 3 months followed by over 24 months of cold aging, and filtered 3 times to create this exotic raspberry wine. Small amount of tannins, sour and strong nose of black raspberry ends with a hint of sweetness, perfect to pair with savoury dishes from Asian to seafood dishes! Serve chilled or mix with lager for a fruit punch!
